Alesis ADAT XT Digital 8-Track Audio Tape Deck Player Recorder.

Alesis ADAT XT Digital 8-Track. Barely works. It has low hours (276), but it's been packed away for many years. I recently unpacked it to export some projects. It ate two tapes, so I cleaned the heads and the rollers. It stopped eating the tapes. BUT...it barely got me through the exporting of about 12 tapes. The audio was fine (used digital outs), but the rewind was very, very slow. It stopped every 10 seconds (I bought a tape rewinder). While doing the rewinding, sometimes the display went blank for a few seconds. Basically, it crawled through the process. It probably needs some maintenance and it may work just fine afterward, but as is, I wouldn't depend on it.
