• Shipping:  This product is shipped by ground carrier. Please allow 7 to 14 business days to receive your item. Track your purchase on eBay in my purchases. • Delivery:  Please make sure you carefully inspect your unit prior to signing for it. Do not take possession of any unit with damage, make a notation of any damage on the truckers bill of lading, and the driver will take the unit back. If there is damage and you sign the freight delivery document stating the equipment has been received without damage, we have no recourse against the freight company and cannot refund your money. 
• Returns:  Returns must be within 30 days of receipt. Please contact us using eBay email and we will provide you with a return authorization number (Please Print a Copy). All returns must have a tracking number and provide proof of delivery, via eBay, USPS, FED EX, and UPS. Returns must be in original packaging, unmarked, & unused, If a return appears used, arrives damaged, or needs to be reboxed, the return may be refused. When we receive your return & it passes inspection, we will issue you a full refund minus any return shipping cost.
